4. The cables manufacturing process is Wire drawing - Annealing - Twisting and Stranding - Extrusion - Cabling. Aipu only produce pure copper as conductor, Advanced return equipment, Stranding the copper wires, then extrusion S-FPE insulation. S-FPE insulation could achieve a better electrical performance. Then individually shielded by Aluminum foil if need, next is to Twist the cores. Then add the shield layer by aluminum foil and tinned copper braid.Then add some filler to make the cables have a good shape to cabling. At last to add the LZSH sheath to protect the cables.
5. Aipu only uses new material and pure copper as conductor to manufacture cable. With good quality material, reasonable design and strict production & test without any compromise, our cable can pass mechanical, electricity and physical characteristic for long time use with no problem.
